Cancellation Policy
⚪️Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us via text or call at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 40% service fee.
Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
⚪️No Call / No Show Policy
Failure to notify Serving Face prior to your appointment time will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
⚪️Late Policy
To respect all clients’ scheduled time, late arrivals may shorten or forfeit their appointment.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may be considered a missed appointment and subject to a 40% service fee.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking and to settle in comfortably.
⚪️Pre-Appointment Requirements
Certain services require specific pre-care to ensure safe and optimal results. It is the client’s responsibility to follow all pre-care instructions provided prior to the appointment.
If proper pre-care has not been followed, the appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled. In this case, it may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to a 40% service fee.
In situations where the service cannot be performed at all due to pre-care not being followed, a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service may apply.
